Pavetech is a manufacturer and reseller of hardscape tools. The long-term mission of the company is to contribute to the hardscape industry by imparting their knowledge and skills to other people who are trying to set foot in the industry or are already there. To further this mission, they have developed various courses which they offer by conducting various events at regular time intervals. The client also clearly understood the importance of digital presence for running a successful business and had it through his digital platform. Zehntech redesigned this platform for the client to offer additional features and functionalities that were lacking on the website and made it easier for the end-users to connect with the company.

A digital platform goes a long way in paving the path of success for your business. With the digital presence created through the platform, you become more available and accessible to the prospective leads you are targeting to convert. This is what the client was facing. The client had a digital platform for his business, but it had major issues with the designing and user friendliness. It was difficult and hectic for the people to register for their courses or events and this difficulty was definitely costing them a considerable number of prospective leads. The client wanted a solution to overcome these issues.

Business Solution

We fixed the major issues on the website and helped the client overcome the problems he was facing. We began with redesigning the website with custom theme development over the WordPress platform to give a new look to the website and enhance its appeal. We also worked on the responsiveness and speed of the website so that the website could fetch more traffic and generate higher leads. We majorly worked on the functionalities of the website and incorporated online registration features making it easier for the people to register for the courses and events offered by the client. Not only that, we even created a calendar to be displayed over the website, showing the details of the current and upcoming events, so that the users can free up their schedule for the events they want to attend and plan everything well in advance. Also, to add more value to the courses and their learning, we created tabs from where the users can purchase reference materials and watch video tutorials.
