Gate Security - Flutter Mobile App Design and Development

We developed a comprehensive solution for gate management of society with intuitive UI making it easy for the guard to take approval before allowing a visitor. The application provides a security relaxation to the apartment owners who can now rely on the system and a one-stop solution for the admin of the application who can be the manager of the society to circulate useful information and updates regarding the society maintenance, meeting, etc. 

Admin’s Perspective

The application is a form of digital communication provided to the admin to broadcast and reach every single apartment in the society in minimal time effortlessly with the required information. The updates provided by the manager are displayed on the application in real-time without any need for refreshing it. Thus, managers or concerned authorities of society don’t have to incur any extra costs for security measures and can keep in touch with society members seamlessly. 

Member’s Perspective

The application is specifically developed to enhance the security of members of society. Thus, it provides multiple options to the members which include approving or denying a visitor from entering their home or setting themself on the DND mode to make the guard aware of their absence from their apartment. Members can also view each other through the app and connect over a call through their registered mobile numbers.

Guard’s Perspective

The guard has the option to verify every single person who visits society in a digitalized manner. This saves his time consumed in manually mentioning the details of the visitor and keeping records of them. It also helps him in ensuring better security by providing a picture of the visitor to the member of the society and keeping a record of the approval or rejection from the member.
