Integrating Microsoft using Odoo’s built-in OAuth-based (open authentication) SSO capabilities must have been simple. However, even after enabling SSO, we encountered difficulties enabling easy authentication, which are:

Invalid Microsoft Authentication Token Format: In Odoo, the Microsoft authentication token format was incompatible, causing authentication failures.

Inadequate Documentation: The documentation for configuring the Azure AD app required for Microsoft SSO in Odoo was either missing or insufficient, leading to confusion and errors during setup.

Unclear Configuration Details: The necessary details for configuring the Redirect URI, Client ID, and Scope settings in Odoo were unclear, making it challenging to complete the integration correctly.
